Warner Realty was established in 1994 by Wendy Carter Warner. Wendy operated the business on her own before hiring a licensed personal assistant in 1996. Since that time, she has steadily built the company into a strong competitor in not only the residential market but commercial and industrial real estate as well.

Wendy Warner became a REALTOR in 1983 and earned her broker's license two years later. She has a degree in Finance from East Tennessee State University and in 2000, was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Wendy is active in the Northeast Tennessee Association of REALTORS (NETAR) and is currently serving as Treasurer of the Greeneville Brokers Council. In addition, she has been recognized by NETAR with the Sales Achievement award in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.  A lifelong resident of Greene County, Wendy is very knowledgeable about this area and is eager to put her experience to work for you.
